Companies and individuals may use brief quotations embodied in articles, reviews, news stories and books without prior written permission from Sharon Knapp. If art is intended to accompany an interview or article featuring Sharon Knapp or the HappyPopArt enterprise and products, images will be provided by Sharon Knapp. Not-for-profit groups who want to use Sharon Knapp’s artwork, should email her. Even with the global circulation of Sharon Knapp’s artwork through this website, sales, licensing and all other forms of distribution, as a general rule Sharon Knapp retains full and complete ownership rights over all of her artwork, videos, articles, prints and products.
